Privacy Policy
HIRKA is a weather app that tells you what to wear. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, who receives it, and your rights. It follows the EU GDPR and Turkey's KVKK.

We do not track you for advertising and we do not sell data.
3. Legal bases
Contract (GDPR 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests (6(1)(f)), consent for location and notifications (6(1)(a), withdraw any time in device settings), legal obligations (6(1)(c)).

Some processing may occur outside the EEA (for example in the US) under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Account and preferences until you delete the account (then within 30 days); only the latest rounded location; wardrobe photos until you delete them or your account; push token until sign-out or invalid; technical logs up to 90 days; purchase records as required by law by the stores.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Email info@hirka.app; we reply within 30 days. You may complain to your data protection authority.
7. Deleting your account
In the app: You > Account > Delete account, or email us from your registered address. See Account deletion (Turkish).
8. Children
HIRKA is not directed at children under 13.
9. Security and cookies
TLS in transit, restricted access. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics; fonts are self-hosted.
