Terms of Use
By using the HIRKA app and hirka.app you accept these terms. Provider: Ege Yıldızlı, info@hirka.app.
1. Service
HIRKA interprets the weather for your location and suggests what to wear. Suggestions are informational.
2. Forecast disclaimer
Weather data comes from third parties (Apple WeatherKit, MET Norway) and may be wrong. For safety decisions rely on official warnings. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions based on clothing suggestions.
3. Account
You are responsible for your account details. You can delete your account in the app any time.
4. HIRKA+ subscription
- Price: €2.99/month or €19.99/year (local currency and taxes may apply).
- 7-day free trial where eligible; cancel before it ends and you are not charged.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
- Cancel in the App Store (Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds follow the store's policy.
5. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no harming systems, no scraping, no uploading images you have no rights to.
6. Intellectual property
The HIRKA name, logo, interface and software are ours or licensed. Your uploaded wardrobe photos remain yours.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
8. Changes, governing law
We may change the service and these terms. Turkish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence; Istanbul courts are competent for other disputes.
