Delete your account

You can delete your HIRKA account and the data linked to it at any time.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open the HIRKA app and go to the You tab in the bottom menu.
2. Open the Account section.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion starts immediately; your account is closed and you are signed out.

Option 2: By email

If you cannot access the app, write "Delete my account" to info@hirka.app from the email address registered to your account. We will verify your identity by email and, if needed, ask for the registered name and device. Your account is deleted within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted?

• Your account details: email, name, sign-in provider
• Your preferences and feedback, saved locations and device notification tokens
• HIRKA+ wardrobe photos, label texts, and layer and suitcase plans

What may be kept?

• Purchase and invoice records: kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat for the legally required period under tax and accounting law.
• Copies in backups: removed in rotation within 30 days at the latest.
• Security and abuse logs: at most 90 days.
